I was in a motel room or a small apartment. There were boxes and bags. We were splitting up our belongings. I let him keep the records, I let him keep most of the things there. He had an aircraft waiting outside so we were in a bit of a rush. Rowan came into the room. Telling us to hurry before the pie shop closed. She sat on the bed next to Ben.
I stared at them contemplating if i should tell them I am from the future, and that I was just redoing this mission for some extra experience. I stuck my hand out to Rowan and told her that I was from the future, I pondered if I should tell her a bit about it, but I didnt open my mouth. And everyone seemed to forget I said anything at all. Rowan, reiterated the pie shop would be closing soon. Ben and I took what we wanted and didnt bother cleaning up the things we left behind.
This setting of this dream reminded me of the one with that YouTube star I am too embarrassed to mention. The walls of the village were made of a red mud. Curtains or a sturdy thick carved wood fashioned for a door. It was always gloomy. And if you looked up you would probably see another tattered curtain hanging above you, connecting the sides of the alley. This place definitely had a more futuristic feel to it, at least inside the buildings.
I remember seeing the aircraft outside and a tall girl with black hair leaning against smoking something.
But we went towards the pie shop, peeling back the curtain and stepping into a futuristic diner sort of place. Their were dirty screens overhead that flashed pictures of different pies and other desserts. But the menu didnt matter. You couldn't order anything, you were at mercy to what was set out. Each desert was in it's own plastic cubby, scanning your card on the screen unleashed the dessert onto you.
Rowan got something with apples, ben cherry, and I didnt have anything.
